I completed my undergrad in mathematics at UHasselt, where I developed a love for numerical methods. Afterwards, I joined the Applied Mathematics Masters' program and subsequently, the PhD program at the University of Washington.

My work sits at the intersection of numerical analysis, spectral methods, and PDE theory. I am particularly fascinated by problems where classical analysis and modern computation meet — building algorithms that are both mathematically rigorous, highly accurate and practically fast.

Outside of research I enjoy hiking, gaming and spending time with my partner and cats, Chicken and Cheese.
